p9game reserves the right to decline any registration application or to close any existing account at its sole discretion, with or without providing a reason, where it determines that such action is necessary to protect the integrity of the platform or comply with applicable regulations.

All financial transactions on p9game are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following terms apply to all deposits and withdrawal requests made through your p9game account:

• Accepted Methods: p9game currently supports deposits and withdrawals via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and standard bank transfer. Supported methods are subject to change without prior notice.
• Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount is PKR 500. Deposits below this threshold will not be credited to your account.

• Bet Acceptance: p9game reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its sole discretion, including bets placed after the outcome of an event has been determined or where a manifest pricing error has occurred.
• Minimum & Maximum Stakes: Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all betting markets and casino games. These limits are displayed within the respective product interfaces and may vary by market, event, or member account.
• Settled Bets: Once a bet has been accepted and the relevant event has concluded, the settlement decision made by p9game trading staff is final, subject to the formal dispute process outlined in Section 14.
• Casino Games: All casino game outcomes are determined by certified random number generator (RNG) software. p9game does not manipulate game outcomes and maintains transparency through independent certification of its RNG systems.
• Live Betting: Live in-play betting markets close automatically at certain points in an event. Any bets placed after market closure will be voided and stakes returned.
• Void Bets: Voided bets will have stakes returned to the member's account wallet. p9game will not be liable for any consequential loss arising from a voided bet.

p9game offers a range of promotional bonuses, free spins, reload offers, and other incentives to both new and existing members. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any specific terms stated in the individual promotion:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they — or any winnings generated from them — can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements vary by promotion and are clearly stated in each offer's terms.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the p9game platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities where appropriate:

• Registering or operating more than one p9game account, whether under the same or a different identity.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during the registration or verification process.
• Using automated systems, bots, scripts, or any non-human means to interact with the p9game platform or to place bets.

• Age Restriction: p9game is strictly for players aged 21 and above. We employ age verification procedures and will close any account where a member is found to be underage.
• Deposit Limits: Members may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their p9game accounts at any time via the account dashboard. Requests to lower deposit limits take effect immediately; requests to raise them are subject to a cooling-off period.
• Session Timers: You may enable session time reminders that notify you of how long you have been active on the platform during a single session.
